Prof. Kalpana Mahapatra

                  She has done her Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management (PGPRM) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB).

She is having more than 5 years of Industry experience in the micro-finance, Micro-insurance sector. Her areas of interest include Portfolio-Management and Credit-Appraisal, Product-designing, Micro-credit Operations management and capacity building. A 5 years stint in industry made her to go for further exploration of knowledge in the academia sector.

She has worked with organizations like BASIX, ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd. and MIMO Finance Ltd. She has also taken up many consulting projects in individual capacity.

Presently she is teaching HR and Micro Finance.
