Prof. Parhi has more than 29 years of experience in insurance organization, government & academics. He has worked as Labour officer under government of Orissa and as an executive of public sector insurance company for 23 years. He has 5 years of academic experience as Associate Professor in Finance & Accounting area at KIIT University. Has rare qualification of passing AIIII in both sectors of insurance namely life & non-life. He has eight national publications to his credit. As an officer in marketing & branch administration, has a wide repertoire of knowledge and experience. As Principal of Regional Training Centre, headed IRDA approved training centre where all cadres of staff & officers had training exposure.
